>>What do we ship?

All GreenGro™ mycorrhizae products purchased online can and will be delivered.

>>When do we ship?

GreenGro™ ships most orders the following business day after the transaction has been processed. There are two different delivery modes: USPS Ground Or Two Day Air. The Two Day Air option means that the order will arrive two days or sooner from the date shipped. All orders are shipped the following business day after the transaction has been successfully processed.

>>Where do we ship to?

GreenGro™ currently only ships within the continental United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, please email us at Sales@thegreengro.com for special shipping details and rates.

>>How do we ship?

GreenGro™ uses USPS ground, UPS ground, and USPS Priority Air for parcel delivery. Customers may choose between air or ground delivery, but different costs are incurred.

USPS Ground takes between 4 to 9 days depending on the destination. UPS Ground takes 4 to 8 days and USPS Priority Air should be two days from date of shipment.

>>What are our Shipping & Handling Rates?

USPS Ground: $5.95 for single item purchases, $10.00 flat for 2 or more items.

UPS Ground: Same as above

USPS Priority 2 Day Air: $19.95 for single items, $25.95 for 2 or more items. Items are shipped on the business day following the transaction. Weekend days are not considered business or mail delivery counted days.

>>How do I track my shipment?:

GreenGro™ will provide an e-mail furnishing the details of your order and shipment tracking numbers. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail with this information, please contact us at support@thegreengro.com.

>>Do We Ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses?

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is currently NOT available as a standard option.

Please contact us at Support@thegreengro.com for information regarding special arrangements for this. Different shipping rates apply to APO/FPO addresses is currently NOT available as a standard option.

>>What can be returned?

GreenGro™ offers a 100% money back guarantee if certain conditions are met. All GreenGro products can be returned for full credit within 30 days of initial purchase. We have a 30 day money back guarantee for all products regardless of the reason for return.

>>Are all your products returnable or do some restrictions apply?

All products are returnable. However, we request that the intact packaging or container be sent back to us to obtain credit for the purchase. Also, the return must be requested on or before the 30th day after purchase.

>>When do items need to be returned by?

To obtain full credit, the customer must return the product or contact GreenGro in writing before the 30 days after purchase. However, GreenGro™ will allow partial credit on returns up to 90 days after purchase. After, 90 days there are no returns excepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

>>Where do items need to be returned to?

>>How do I return my items?

To return items follow these instructions.
1) Contact GreenGro™ via our Support@thegreengro.com to inquire about a return.
2) After the return has been verified, the customer will receive an email confirmation for the return.
3) Print this confirmation and place it in the return packaging with the product container.
4) Return the product to the address specified above and on your return confirmation page.
5) Once received at our facilities, please allow 7 to 10 days to process the return.
6) Depending on form of payment, the consumer will be credited upon processing completion (7 to 10 days).

>>Shipping for returns?

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs after 30 days from purchase. If the return is processed before the 30th day GreenGro™ will include the original shipping cost from their receipt in the return credited amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless agreed upon by GreenGro, LLC in written form.

>>Credit for returns?

In most cases, a check will be disbursed to the customer upon return processing. If applicable, a return credit can be made back onto the original credit card of purchase. This would require a Return Authorization Number from the Credit card company to be given to GreenGro, LLC.

>>Do my items need to be in the original packaging for returns?

Yes, the customer must return the complete container and/or product packaging to obtain full credit for the return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
